Ajay Gupta is a venture investor based in San Francisco. His passion for innovations brought him to the Bay Area where he has been financing and mentoring startups since 2015.
Ajay has engineering degrees from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Indian Institute of Technology. Prior to becoming a venture investor, Ajay spent 22 years in the financial industry across Asia, Europe, and North America running equity trading businesses for Merrill Lynch, UBS, and Nomura. He is obsessed with decision making under uncertainty and is a lifelong student of Kahneman's "Thinking Fast and Slow."
